(June 30, 2008)Padmaja Suresh,dancer ,choreographer and Director of Kalpataru Kalavihar,Bangalore is all set to go on a tour of Korea and Hongkong . Besides Bharatnatyam shows ,she is on another important assignment as a Phd research student of the University of Mysore .She has been invited to present her paper on Hinduism and Bharatnatyam at the conference hosted by the International Federation of Theater Research -I.F.T.R ,Chung Ang University ,SEOUL ,Republic of Korea between the 14th and 19th of July. This paper has won her a scholar's runner-up prize and will be presented at the Scholar's Forum under the category of 'Stage Forms - Choreography and Corporeality'.
